5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these terms or our SMS program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect new FCC regulations or carrier requirements. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
